We are currently seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to drive new business acquisition and manage enterprise-level accounts across the Chicago metro area. If you are a hunter who thrives on closing complex B2B deals and has a proven track record in the electronic security industry, we want to hear from you. The Opportunity As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing net-new commercial and industrial deals with the mid-market. You will leverage our industry-leading partnerships with top brands to deliver cutting-edge AI and IoT-driven security solutions.
Key Responsibilities Full Sales Cycle Management:
Generating leads, Identifying prospects, negotiating multi-year contracts, and own the relationship from initial contact to project hand-off.
Consultative Selling:
Develop tailored security solutions (access control, alarm systems, video surveillance, and RMR-driven technology) to meet specific client pain points.
Collaboration:
Work closely with our engineering and project management teams to ensure technical specifications meet client expectations.
Strategic Growth:
Achieve and exceed annual sales quotas of $1M+, focusing on recurring monthly revenue (RMR) models.
Communication:
Demonstrate exceptional English proficiency, both written and verbal, to facilitate cross-departmental client engagements and produce comprehensive technical documentation.
What We're Looking For Proven Closer:
5+ years of experience in B2B sales specifically within enterprise security solutions.
Expertise:
A strong C-level/VP-level network within healthcare, education, manufacturing, or commercial sectors.
Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in using CRM tools like Zoho CRM or Salesforce, and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience selling managed access control, alarm systems, video surveillance-as-a-service (VSaaS), and integrated cloud-hosted solutions.
Compensation & Benefits On-Target Earnings:
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with OTE of $100,000+ .
