Entry-Level Garage & Barn Sales Representative Eastern Connecticut | High Income Potential | We are a growing Connecticut company specializing in detached garages and barns, and we are looking for a motivated entry-level sales representative to help grow our residential project division. This position is ideal for someone who is: Self-motivated Personable and professional Interested in construction and real estate Looking for a high-income opportunity with growth potential No prior sales or estimating experience is required. We are willing to train the right individual. What You'll Be Doing Meeting with homeowners interested in garages and barns Identifying potential project opportunities Building relationships with homeowners and local communities Visiting properties and taking measurements/photos Assisting with project estimating and proposal preparation Following up with leads and helping close projects This is an active, field-based role with significant independence and earning potential. Compensation Compensation is performance-based and includes commission on closed projects. Our garage and barn projects commonly range from $70,000

• 100,000+, creating strong income potential for motivated individuals.

Higher commission opportunities are available for self-generated leads and independently developed projects. Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Basic computer/smartphone skills Preferred but Not Required Construction knowledge Sales experience Experience working with homeowners Interest in residential construction or real estate About Us We specialize in detached garages and barns throughout Eastern Connecticut, focusing on quality workmanship and a straightforward customer experience.
