This position begins as part-time with the opportunity to transition into full-time with benefits within 60-90 days based on performance, contract acquisition, and consistency. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and able to represent the company professionally in the community. Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach Conduct limited door-to-door business visits to introduce company services Attend networking events and professional organizations on behalf of the company Follow up with former and prospective clients Schedule walkthroughs and appointments with prospective customers Assist in preparing proposals and service agreements Maintain communication with leads and prospects Track outreach, follow-ups, and sales activity Represent Perdue Janitorial Services professionally at all times Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and activity Work closely with management regarding pipeline updates and opportunities Perform other duties as assigned Performance Expectations Must secure at least one (1) new client contract within the first 45 days of employment Expected to secure 1-2 new contracts monthly thereafter Meet weekly networking and outreach activity expectations Contract Definition A contract is defined as: A signed service agreement Confirmed start date Active onboarding initiated Initial service scheduled Compensation & Benefits $15-$18 per hour Commission opportunities on closed contracts Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel Company-paid professional memberships and networking organizations (maintained under company name) Opportunity for advancement into full-time position with benefits after 60-90 days based on performance Work Hours & Activity Tracking Employees are required to accurately track hours worked and sales activity All hours must be approved and verified through company systems Activity logs and weekly reporting are required Only approved and documented work activities will be compensated
