Earnings are based on performance and are to be negotiated based on experience and client list. You are responsible for your own taxes. If you are not comfortable with commission-only or performance-based income, this role is not a fit. Novus Glass of Metro Denver, Douglas County, and Boulder County is hiring an Auto Glass Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on selling windshield repair and replacement services to customers who are actively seeking auto glass services. If you are money-motivated, competitive, and want a sales role with real earning potential, this is a strong opportunity. No auto glass experience required — you bring the sales drive and mentality, we'll teach you about windshield replacement and repairs. Responsibilities Handle outbound sales efforts calling on insurance agents, fleet customers, dealerships, and other automotive related businesses Sell auto glass repair and replacement services Develop a sales plan that utilizes digital media, traditional media, as well as sales and discount programs Follow up consistently to close sales Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Develop and manage your own customer database Manage your day to day with flexibility in your schedule Deliver excellent customer service while closing deals Coordinate with operations to ensure timely service Qualifications Sales, call center, retail, or customer service experience preferred Auto glass experience is beneficial, but not necessary Strong communication and phone skills Willingness to cold call on customers in person Comfortable discussing pricing and closing sales Goal-driven, competitive, and commission-focused Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Coach-able and willing to learn Undeterred by the word no Compensation & Benefits $45,000-$125,000 annual earning potential Pay structure, bonus, and commission structure can be negotiated Paid training A clear compensation plan and timeline Expected Earnings Entry-level reps typically earn around $45,000-$65,000 in their first year Strong performers commonly earn $85,000+ Top performers can earn up to $125,000 or more Why Work With Us Everyone has a car; and everyone needs a windshield at some point National franchise brand with significant representation within Denver, the surrounding communities, and state wide No degree required Fast advancement for high performers Learn sales skills that translate to higher-income roles Work Location We have 3 locations!
