This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, face-to-face sales environment and enjoys building relationships while driving revenue growth. As an outside sales rep, you will spend the majority of your time in the field, engaging directly with customers in your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to identify needs and present solutions. Schedule and perform in-person visits to customer locations within your territory. Develop new revenue opportunities with current customers by understanding their evolving needs and expanding account relationships. Build and nurture new sales relationships through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities. Travel regularly throughout your assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects (local travel required; company vehicle or mileage reimbursement may be provided). Accurately track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in the company CRM system. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, marketing, and management) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products/services. Requirements 0-2 years of sales experience Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and a positive, resilient attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with cold calling, in-person presentations, and building relationships. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with a clean driving record. Willingness and ability to travel daily within the assigned territory. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn CRM tools. Ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player.
