Outside Sales Representative

Job description Forward Solutions is growing and hiring Outside Sales Reps across a few of our divisions: Avision, OneSolution, and StruXur. If you know anyone in sales (or someone looking to transition into JanSan, Industrial/MRO, or Broadband and Fiber Optic sales), send them my way. This is a strong opportunity with competitive base salary ($60K-$140K depending on experience) + incentive compensation, benefits and a lot of room for growth. We currently have openings in VA, DC, CT, PA, NJ, and MD. Looking for people who are hungry, personable, and enjoy building relationships. As a Territory Outside Sales Rep you will: Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory by developing strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and end users Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through solution-based selling Conduct regular customer visits and onsite assessments to understand business needs and recommend appropriate solutions Execute product promotions, training events, and marketing initiatives to support brand growth Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide sales reports and forecasts to management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation Why Should You ?
