We are seeking an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join our team and fuel our growth in sales in the Mezcal world. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with potential clients through door-to-door outreach, community events, and strategic networking. Your expertise in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management will empower you to build lasting partnerships and expand our market presence. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals eager to make an impact while developing their leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Conduct proactive door-to-door sales campaigns to introduce our Mezcal to new customers. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness within target communities. Engage with diverse clients using bilingual skills to communicate product benefits clearly and persuasively. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, manage customer interactions, and follow up on leads efficiently. Negotiate contracts and close sales by understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and overcoming objections confidently. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Lead local outreach efforts, including community events or demonstrations, to market our product Mezcal Santaella. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, especially door-to-door or direct consumer engagement. Strong background in marketing or technical sales related to Mezcal, Tequila. Beer, etc. Multilingual abilities (bilingual proficiency) preferred to connect with a broader customer base. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate yourself and others in a competitive environment. Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly and effectively.
