Position Overview The Outside Sales Representative is the face of Digi-VUE Advertising in the field, a relationship builder, storyteller, and consultative problem solver. This role is responsible for generating new business, nurturing long-term partnerships, and closing recurring and project-based marketing solutions. You will spend the majority of your time meeting with business owners and decision-makers in person and online. If you enjoy building relationships, understanding business challenges, and closing deals through insight and trust, this role is built for you. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Prospecting Identify, target, and qualify new business opportunities across key verticals (retail, hospitality, automotive, medical, real estate, entertainment, etc.) Conduct outbound prospecting through in-person visits, networking events, referrals, cold calls, and local market research Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools Develop referral and strategic partner relationships to drive warm opportunities Client Meetings & Consultative Selling Conduct on-site discovery meetings to understand client goals, pain points, and communication challenges Present Digi-VUE's marketing solutions with confidence and clarity Perform demos and needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions Educate prospects on ROI, long-term value, and brand impact Proposal Development & Closing Prepare proposals, contracts, and ROI-driven recommendations Lead proposal review meetings and negotiate pricing within company guidelines Close deals by clearly articulating value and building long-term confidence Maintain consistent follow-up through the full sales cycle Relationship & Account Management Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction Represent Digi-VUE at networking events, trade shows, and community functions Sales Operations & Reporting Accurately log activities, meetings, and pipeline updates in the CRM Track forecasts and progress toward weekly and monthly goals Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, messaging, and opportunities Weekly KPIs & Performance Expectations (Full-Time)Activity KPIs (Leading Indicators)
