E.B. Bradley Co. is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory covering Ventura, Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, and Santa Barbara. What We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission potential Company vehicle provided Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with company participation Paid Time Off (PTO) Established territory with growth opportunities Industry-leading products and support Ongoing training and professional development What You'll Do Grow sales throughout Ventura, Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, Santa Barbara, and surrounding areas Develop and maintain strong relationships with fabricators, distributors, architects, designers, and industry professionals Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts Prepare quotes, forecasts, and sales reports accurately and professionally Deliver product presentations and demonstrations that drive business growth Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service Stay informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and market opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, training events, and company-sponsored activities Manage your territory with a high level of organization, accountability, and professionalism What We're Looking For 3+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success Experience in woodworking, laminates, building materials, architectural products, or related industries preferred Understanding of specifications, fabrication, and the A&D (Architecture & Design) community is a plus Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated professional with excellent time management and organizational abilities Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, and technology tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Travel Requirements Daily travel throughout the assigned territory Occasional overnight travel for sales meetings, trade shows, and company events Education High School Diploma or GED required College degree preferred Why E.B.
