As we continue expanding our market presence throughout the Eastern and Northeastern U.S., we are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. Conduct regular field visits with distributors, contractors, and jobsite teams. Demonstrate Blue Point fastening systems, tools, and specialty products. Identify new market opportunities and expand existing accounts. Work with engineers and specifiers to promote Blue Point fastening systems. Provide product demonstrations, samples, and installation guidance. Coordinate field testing of new products with contractors. Provide market feedback and competitor insights to company leadership. Represent Blue Point at industry trade shows and distributor events. Qualifications 3+ years of outside sales experience in construction materials, fasteners, tools, electrical, HVAC, or related industries. Strong relationship‑building and communication skills. Ability to demonstrate tools and explain technical products. Self‑motivated and capable of managing a large territory independently. Comfortable traveling extensively to visit distributors and contractors. Experience working with construction distributors is a strong advantage. Territory Coverage New York, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, Virginia etc. Travel requirement is approximately 80-90% within the territory U.S. Career Growth We offers significant long‑term growth opportunities for high performers.
