About Us 24 Hr Garage Door Service is a rapidly growing commercial service company specializing in commercial overhead doors, loading dock equipment, storefront doors, hollow metal doors, preventative maintenance programs, and emergency service solutions. We proudly serve commercial, industrial, healthcare, warehouse, manufacturing, and retail facilities throughout South Carolina. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our commercial customer base and develop long-term relationships with contractors, facility managers, property managers, and business owners. Position Overview The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, generating proposals, and closing commercial sales opportunities. This individual will work directly in the field developing new accounts and expanding existing customer relationships. Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new commercial accounts
  • Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with facility managers, property managers, contractors, and business owners
  • Generate and follow up on sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Develop preventative maintenance agreements and service contracts
  • Assist customers with solutions for overhead doors, dock equipment, storefront systems, and commercial access needs
  • Attend networking events and industry functions
  • Meet monthly sales and activity goals
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within company CRM systems
Qualifications Required:
Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience Proven track record of developing and closing new business Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel throughout
South Carolina Preferred:
  • B2B sales experience
  • Commercial construction, HVAC, roofing, industrial supply, building materials, or service industry sales experience
  • Existing relationships with contractors, facility managers, or property management companies
Compensation:
  • Base Salary:
    $50,000+ per year
