This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to build a career in sales. In this role, you will assist in managing client projects, develop sales opportunities, and learn the ropes of the sign industry, from design to installation, all while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities Job Duties:
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about sign products, services, and pricing.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and outreach campaigns to convert prospects into customers.
  • Qualify leads and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer suitable products.
  • Assist in the creation of quotes, proposals, and product recommendations for clients.
  • Support the sales team in generating new leads and building relationships with prospective customers.
  • Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing sign projects from initial inquiry to final installation, ensuring that all steps are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, and installation) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review contracts and obtain permits as necessary.
  • Track project progress and provide updates to customers and team members.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of sales, project milestones, customer interactions, and documentation.
  • Prepare and file project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and invoices.
  • Continuously learn about our product offerings, the sign industry, and sales best practices.
  • Participate in training sessions, meetings, and shadowing opportunities to gain knowledge and improve performance.

  • Entry-level position - no prior experience required, but an interest in sales, project management, or the sign industry is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Any service or hospitality industry experience is a plus. Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software tools.
  • A positive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
