Job Overview We are seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth by developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts within the towing industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise, technical knowledge, and management skills to expand our market presence and deliver exceptional customer service. We sell professional towing equipment to potential clients and businesses. We have systems in place ready for you to go after big deals. You can begin earning good income immediately within your first month if you are talented and persistent. An average salesperson will earn $72K per year with us, while our best reps have earned $20k in a single month. We are not looking for average talent; we are looking for

Compensation:
Base salary of $1,000/month (average $60,000 to $120,000 or more annually)Essential Duties:
Preserve existing customers through consistent, systematic, and effective customer calls and visits. Acquire new accounts through prospecting, presenting and consistent follow-through. Ensure a strong and positive customer service ethic through frequent and effective communication and interaction. Respond immediately to resolve customer requests and complaints. Timeliness is everything! Contact a set minimum of accounts each week, the majority of such contacts in person, and compiling a sales report of activity. Compile sales quotes, work orders, and trade appraisals; obtain signatures and copies of necessary paperwork, payoffs, titles, etc. required for sales transactions and deal files. Build positive relationships with finance companies and other intercompany departments to coordinate essential steps of the sales, funding, and delivery processes. Safely manage, operate, and care for all product equipment and proprietary information assigned or entrusted to you. Develop an understanding of other company department interactions with customers, such as parts, service, and administration; work effectively with other departments to ensure smooth transactions. Develop knowledge and understanding of our products and services to drive success Perform other duties as assigned by management Job Qualifications /Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Knowledge of towing business preferred Two years' successful sales experience Valid Driver's License and good driving record; CDL preferred DOT Medical Card Valid sales license Professional business posture and appearance; honesty and integrity Effective customer service skills and ethics, demonstrated through follow-up account management Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal business communication skills, including proposal-writing skills Problem solving and conflict resolution skills Self discipline and self-motivation; excellent attitude management Tact, diplomacy, rapport building, and active listening skills We have an office in Sacramento, CA but as you will be out on the road mostly covering the areas of responsibility for the Bay Area, a reliable personal vehicle with current insurance is required. Demos will be provided on a case to case basis upon availability. A cell phone is also required.Job Type:
