During your first 60 days, you'll receive: $25.00 per hour while training and building your pipeline $150 incentive for every signed Insurance Restoration Agreement (IRA) Eligibility for commission on projects that generate collected funds during training Approved fuel reimbursement for business-related canvassing Weekly coaching and pipeline review meetings with management Hands-on training and support from experienced team members Our goal is simple: help you build enough activity and opportunity during your first 60 days to create long-term success. What You'll Do As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll help homeowners navigate the roofing restoration process from initial inspection through project completion.

Responsibilities include:

Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing and networking Schedule and perform property inspections Meet with homeowners and explain findings Assist customers through the insurance restoration process Maintain customer relationships throughout the project Track activity and opportunities within company systems Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction After Training Upon completion of the training period, you'll transition into our Roofing Sales Project Manager compensation structure featuring: Uncapped commission opportunities Performance-based earning potential Ongoing support from management and operations Established processes and systems Growth opportunities within the organization What We're Looking For Preferred backgrounds include: Outside Sales Real Estate Insurance Mortgage Lending Home Improvement Sales Business Development Territory Sales Retail Sales Automotive Sales Customer-Facing Sales Roles No roofing experience is required.
