About the Opportunity Filled With Grace Inc. (DBA Clothes Bin) is expanding its network of community partners across East Tennessee and is seeking an entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative to help develop and grow our territory. We operate clothing and shoe recycling donation bins that provide convenient recycling while generating passive fundraising opportunities for local schools, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations. Our mission is to help community partners raise funds for the good work they do in our communities while promoting responsible textile recycling and waste reduction opportunities. Each new bin placement creates a partnership with an organization serving its community. Schools can support programs for students, churches can fund outreach efforts, and nonprofits can generate additional resources to expand their impact. Success in this role requires someone who enjoys prospecting, building new relationships, and developing their territory through in-person outreach.
Territory:
Knoxville & Chattanooga, TN (with planned East Tennessee expansion)
Compensation:
Commission-Based | Projected $78K-$90K+
Potential Travel:
Local territory travel (day travel only) What Success Looks Like A representative in this role is expected to develop new host partnerships across the territory. Target production expectations are 8-12 new partner locations secured per month. This role is best suited for individuals comfortable with daily prospecting and building new partnerships in person.
Your mission:
Identify and secure new host locations for donation bins Prospect schools, churches, nonprofits, and businesses Conduct in-person outreach and relationship building Present the community and fundraising benefits of hosting a bin Manage the process from initial contact through site placement Track outreach and placements using simple CRM tools Help expand the company's presence across the territory Compensation This is a commission-based outside sales role with milestone payouts tied to successful site acquisition.
Total commission per placement:
$650 Commission is paid in stages tied to: Signed host agreement Bin placement Successful 90-day retention Projected earnings potential based on production levels: 10 placements per month = $6,500 monthly commission ≈ $78,000 annualized commission Higher production levels may exceed $90,000+ annually. Earnings are directly tied to placements secured and will vary based on individual production. Additional production incentives may increase compensation levels for sustained performance.
