We're expanding our high-performance sales team and looking for a driven B2B Sales Professional with strong cold calling skills and deep industry know-how. What You'll Do:
Prospect and engage new B2B clients via cold calling, email campaigns, and strategic networking Build, manage, and nurture a pipeline through every stage of the sales cycle for our Alpha Division Leverage CRM tools, to track progress and maximize efficiency Partner with internal teams to craft tailored solutions for each client Close new business and consistently hit or exceed sales targets Build and maintain relationships with high-level CEOs and business partners Represent IEC Services at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings Deliver industry expertise in signage, trade services, or a related field Sustain and deliver IECs values related to Communication, Process, Commitment, Accountability, Trust and Gratitude What You Bring (Must Haves): Proven track record: $1M+ in B2B sales closed (required) Prior experience in the signage industry or related trade skill sectors Strong motivation, self-starting mindset, and results-driven approach Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and pipeline Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
Mandatory Needs:
Valid Drivers License (Some Travel Required) Drug Test (Before starting date) US Citizenship (No C2C, HB-1 or Visa Sponsorship currently)
