Who We Are Cerberus Home does exterior renovations and residential painting for homeowners across the Denver Metro — premium work, backed by real warranties, and a customer experience that people actually remember. We're not the cheapest option on the block and we don't try to be. Our marketing team runs lean and moves fast. We test new angles constantly in a dedicated "Sandbox" environment, and when something works, we push it hard into our scaling campaigns. No guessing, no vibes — just data telling us where to spend. We're looking for someone who can own our paid acquisition channels and help us scale qualified lead volume. Not a generalist. A specialist. What You'll Actually Be Doing This isn't a social media role. You won't be scheduling posts or writing the company newsletter.
Your job is one thing:
build, run, and optimize direct-response paid campaigns on Meta and Google that put real leads into our sales pipeline. Day to day, that looks like: Running the accounts — Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, full ownership. CBO frameworks, broad targeting, manual placements, the whole stack. Managing the testing funnel — We run an 80/20 budget split between Sandbox (testing) and Scale (spending). You'll build new creative angles in Sandbox — local city hooks, homeowner pain points, seasonal triggers — and graduate the winners into Scale without breaking what's working. Living in the data — Daily account audits. Hard kill switches based on real numbers (static ads under 1.5% Link CTR at 1,500 impressions are done; anything hitting 3x target CPL gets pulled). You're making calls based on metrics, not mood. Briefing creative — You'll identify when creative is fatiguing before it starts costing us, then write tight, technical briefs so our designers know exactly what to build. Owning tracking — Pixel setup, Google Tag Manager, Meta CAPI, offline conversion tracking. You make sure our CRM is actually talking to the ad platforms the way it should. What We Need From You 2+ years running paid media accounts — specifically Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with a direct-response / lead gen focus. Home services experience matters to us — if you've run campaigns for contractors, remodelers, or other residential service businesses, say so upfront. That background translates directly here and will move you to the top of the list. Real platform knowledge — Advantage+ settings, CBO vs. ABO logic, audience strategy. Not surface-level familiarity — actual working knowledge. Analytical and can write — You can pull apart a campaign in a spreadsheet and write short-form copy that holds up on mobile. Both matter here. You speak the language — CAC, CPL, Link CTR, CPM, Frequency. You use these to make decisions, not to impress people in meetings.
