Job Description
We are a leading stone fabrication and installation company serving homeowners, designers, contractors, remodelers, and developers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We specialize in quartz, quartzite, porcelain, marble, granite, and custom stone projects for kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, and luxury residential homes. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help expand our network of contractors, designers, remodelers, builders, and developers. Responsibilities Develop relationships with general contractors, remodelers, designers, architects, and developers Generate qualified project opportunities Conduct outreach through networking, referrals, industry events, and direct prospecting Schedule introductions, showroom visits, and project consultations Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and provide regular updates Qualifications Existing network within construction, remodeling, kitchen & bath, design, real estate, or related industries in the San Francisco Bay Area is a hard requirement Strong relationship-building and communication skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Previous sales, business development, or account management experience preferred Familiarity with residential construction or home improvement industries is a plus
