We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team and expand our business growth.

Job Summary:

The B2B Outreach Specialist will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients and introducing our retirement plan solutions. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers. The candidate works remotely from 9 am to 1 pm PST.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to business owners and company decision-makers to introduce and promote our retirement plan solutions Identify and qualify prospective clients Schedule appointments and meetings for our sales team with qualified prospects Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and communications in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion. Occasionally drop off marketing materials to local businesses Provide information and answer questions about our retirement plan services to potential clients. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:

Proven success in B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales role., preferably in the financial services industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage and build rapport with decision-makers over the phone. Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong understanding of retirement plans, such as 401(k) plans, a plus. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
