Full Job Description Pay:
$25/hour
Schedule:
15 hours per week | 3 days per week, 5 hours per day
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to support our sales efforts through high-volume outbound calling. This is a part-time, temp-to-hire role ideal for a confident, tech-savvy sales professional. Work Arrangement (Hybrid): Primarily remote Required to work on-site once per week at our Regus office in Round Rock, TX On-site work is independent in a quiet, professional environment
Responsibilities:
Make 20-30 outbound calls per hour Achieve 8-10 meaningful connections per hour Manage the full sales cycle, including cold calling, social media leads, agreements, and onboarding Maintain accurate records in
Zoho CRM Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of outbound calling experience (required) Zoho CRM experience required High-energy, confident communicator with a soft, professional, and empathetic tone Tech-savvy and comfortable working independently Must have own laptop and headset
