The sales team assists clients in selecting the best pool options and tailoring designs to complement their homes. Parrot Bay Pools & Spas is a Certified Master Pool Builder as well as Licensed General Contractor committed to making every project a success and aims to be the go-to pool contractor for delivering dream outdoor spaces. Overview This is a full-time hybrid Sales Professional role based in Benson, NC, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with prospective clients, delivering tailored recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the pool design and sales process. Day-to-day tasks include managing leads, conducting consultations, creating proposals, and maintaining strong communication with clients to meet their needs and expectations. The role also involves collaborating with team members to meet sales goals and ensure the success of each project. Parrot Bay Pools & Spas is seeking experienced, motivated sales professionals to sell high-end residential swimming pools. This is not an entry-level role and is not retail sales. You must thrive working on commission and setting your goals and crushing them! We provide qualified leads, proven products, and a clear sales process. You bring professionalism, follow-up discipline, and the ability to guide homeowners through a six-figure decision. What You'll Be Doing Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners Educate clients on fiberglass, vinyl, and concrete pool options Present structured pool packages and upgrades Guide clients through financing, timelines, and expectations Follow up consistently until contract is signed Maintain accurate notes and pipeline activity in CRM Work evenings and Saturdays as needed to meet homeowners' schedules Weekends are required What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable) Experience selling high-ticket products or services ($25k+) Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections Strong follow-up habits (calls, texts, emails) Professional presentation and communication skills Coachable and accountable Reliable transportation Ability to manage a longer sales cycle (30-120 days) Upsell additional products like hot tubs or outdoor accessories to maximize revenue opportunities Qualifications Construction, home improvement, HVAC, roofing, solar, or real estate sales In-home consultative selling CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively and offer outstanding customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines Technical understanding of pool and spa designs or a willingness to learn about the features of vinyl, fiberglass and concrete pools Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations as needed This Role is Not for
