Job Description
Project Developer Nip Tuck Remodeling is a high-end residential design-build remodeling company serving the Eastside Seattle market. We specialize in thoughtful, highly detailed remodeling projects with a strong emphasis on client experience, communication, and trust throughout the remodeling journey. We are looking for a consultative, relationship-driven Project Developer to help drive continued growth while delivering an exceptional client experience from first conversation through signed construction contract. What You'll Do Build and nurture relationships with prospective remodeling clients Lead discovery calls, in-home consultations, and design agreement presentations Guide homeowners through Nip Tuck's design-build process Develop opportunities through networking, referral relationships, and community involvement Collaborate closely with Design, Estimating, and Production teams throughout preconstruction Maintain strong client communication and relationship continuity throughout the project lifecycle Track pipeline activity and documentation within JobTread CRM Support ongoing process improvement and sales growth initiatives Participate in networking events and occasional evening industry functions What We're Looking For Residential remodeling or design-build sales preferred High-end consultative or service-based sales required Experience managing long sales cycles and relationship-driven sales processes Confidence leading conversations with high-end clientele Ability to balance relationship-building with organization and process discipline Comfort working within systems, documentation, and collaborative workflows Ability to think on their feet and adapt to different personalities and communication styles Work Environment Office located in the Woodinville area Service territory primarily covers the Eastside Seattle market (Bellevue, Bothell, Sammamish, surrounding areas) Combination of office collaboration, client meetings, networking, and remote work flexibility Why Nip Tuck Nip Tuck Remodeling has built a reputation around thoughtful remodeling, detailed planning, and exceptional client experience.
