Job description Overview We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Project Sales Representative (PSR) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to commercial clients, delivering customized solutions for mechanical renovations, design-build projects, and equipment upgrades. What You'll Do:
Business Development Identify and pursue new commercial project opportunities Develop relationships through networking, referrals, and market outreach Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity Solution Development Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and existing systems Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop tailored solutions Create project scopes and technical concepts Proposal & Sales Execution Prepare and present professional proposals and cost estimates Address client questions and guide them through the decision process Negotiate pricing and contract terms Close deals and secure new business Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients Ensure smooth handoff to operations teams after project award Track activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systems What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical sales, or project management Proven success in selling renovation, design-build, or equipment replacement projects Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with strong organizational skills Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license Why Join Us?
