Careington Benefit Solutions is currently seeking a Client Advisor for our Property & Casualty division. The position offers a hybrid work schedule: three days a week at our North Frisco office and two days from home, with alternating Saturdays. The work hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Client Advisors will consult with customers to identify their auto, home, and other personal insurance needs and custom tailor solutions to fit. Client Advisors will be responsible for outbound follow-up and prospecting activities as well as handling inbound call volume. The compensation for this role includes an hourly wage along with additional earnings based on commission.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Place outbound calls to prospective individuals and other qualified leads (no cold calling). Source quotes and policies through active networking and prospecting to generate referrals for P&C insurance products. Efficiently handle a large quantity of inbound sales calls while making outbound calls. Utilize consultative sales practices to provide customized quotes, sell value, overcome objections, and pursue a one-call-one-close outcome where possible. Meet and exceed metric goals for inbound and outbound calls, quotes, sales and others. Manage and track customer requests for follow-up as required. Ensure all phone calls are answered timely, and quotes are completed accurately and delivered as efficiently as possible. Be a licensed Property & Casualty Agent. Learn, understand, and retain specific policy coverage information for multiple carriers across multiple States. Work with team to exceed goals and metrics set forth by management including sales per week, quotes per week, calls per day and per week, handle time, and customer satisfaction. Be an active problem solver to help the organization improve workflows and efficiency of the team.

Education, Experience & Software:
Property & Casualty agent license required College degree preferred but not required Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Applications.
