Job Description

Description This Sales and Service leader will cover both the Minneapolis and St. Paul regions for Regional Banking.
Summary:
The Regional Banking Sales and Service Leader is responsible for supervision, leadership, direction and coordination of a regional Sales and Service Support team (Regional Banking Client Manager + Relationship Service Specialist) to ensure they always provide exceptional customer service and provide support for sales functions and the day-to-day activities and interactions between the client and Huntington.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervision, leadership, direction and coordination of a regional Sales and Service Support team (Regional Banking Client Manager + Relationship Service Specialist) to ensure they always provide exceptional customer service and provide support for sales functions and the day-to-day activities and interactions between the client and Huntington. Representation to ensure consistency between regions/field/area/market. Regional
BCM / RSS
Overflow & Backup Support escalation support. Ensures team is adequately staffed and trained to provide the proper sales support and servicing levels for the Regional Banking colleagues and clients. Responsible for onboarding of new Service Specialists and Client Managers as well as being SME for the team for process improvements, technology changes, training, leading change within teams. Support Colleague / Customer Transfers- Assignment / reallocation of portfolios in the event of banker changes Regional MAX Branch Assignment Process (e.g.; Bankers assigned to Branches, Branch Reconciliation for Location Open/Closing) Has a significant emphasis on cross-sell to identify opportunities and coordinate these efforts for the team. Responsible for being liaison and communicating between corporate changes and the team. Regional Communication Support - In partnership with RMM, curate regional communications (e.g., Newsletters, Region Essentials Page) Works with Regional Banking partners on product development, development of operational procedures and other corporate initiatives. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree 4-8 years' experience in sales support management role3-5 years' experience in
Business Banking Preferred Qualifications:
Strong leadership, colleague development and motivational skills Ability to recommend training and ability to create metrics to evaluate colleagues

Compensation Range:
$63,000.00 -$124,000.00 Annual Salary The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
