is a leading beauty brand based in New Jersey, specializing in hair care, cosmetics, lashes, and nail products. As we continue to grow, we are seeking Regional Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales in a specified region to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your role is crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding our OTC (Beauty Supply Store) market presence.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region. Set clear sales goals and targets for the sales team. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to senior management. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure the team's success. Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes. Continuously identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field or comparable record of sales leadership experience required. Proficiency in Korean required. Bilingual Business Professional Proficiency in English and Korean. 2+ years of beauty supply sales experience preferred (not required). Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills. May be required to have strong knowledge of industry regulations and laws, both domestic and international. Attention to detail and analytical mindset. Must be based in the NJ/NY metro area and willing to travel any region of the US, Caribbean or Intl. Travel frequently to meet w/ clients at their location. All business trip expenses are incurred by the company.

COMPENSATION
$45-85k per year - based on proven record of sales and experience. plus Incentives based on performance
