Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to lead our business development efforts and expand our client base. This role involves managing territory sales, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in B2B sales, account management, and territory management, with a proven track record sales. As an Regional Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in representing our brand, conducting product demonstrations, and identifying new market opportunities to ensure sustained business success. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets within assigned territories. Manage and grow existing accounts through effective account management and customer service. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM software such as Salesforce. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs to facilitate upselling and closing deals. Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer requirements. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business. Lead a team of sales representatives when applicable, providing guidance on best practices for lead generation and direct sales. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or sales with a strong understanding of territory management. Demonstrated success in account management, lead generation, and closing complex deals through negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking sales activities. Strong marketing acumen with the ability to develop strategies that increase market penetration. Excellent communication skills for conducting product demonstration's, presentations, and negotiations. Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Management experience preferred for candidates overseeing a team of inside or outside sales representatives. Knowledge of industry-specific products or services is a plus. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to building relationships and expanding territory coverage.
