Job Description
Overview Build a territory, drive growth, and support mission-based work Threshold Residential Services is seeking a part-time Regional Sales Representative to grow referral relationships and expand our presence across the region. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can build a territory from the ground up, manage a full sales cycle, and use technology effectively to organize outreach, track activity, and drive results. If you are goal-oriented, accountable, relationship-focused, and motivated by meaningful work, we'd like to hear from you. Passion for mission-based nonprofit work is a plus. What you'll do Prospect, qualify, and develop new referral and business relationships throughout the assigned territory. Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery through presentation, follow-up, and close. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and key stakeholders. Develop territory plans, prioritize accounts, and execute consistent pipeline-building activity. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, communication, and account management. Identify customer needs, solve problems proactively, and present solutions aligned with organizational services. Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue/referral growth goals. What we're looking for 3+ years of sales experience (outside sales, B2B, healthcare, community outreach, or similar relationship-driven environments preferred). Demonstrated success in full-cycle sales and territory development. Strong technology skills, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, and sales productivity tools. Experience building a territory from scratch or significantly expanding a new market. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and account management skills. Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working independently. High level of accountability, organization, and follow-through. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed. Bonus points for Passion for mission-based nonprofit work and community impact. Experience working with healthcare, social services, behavioral health, residential services, or referral-based organizations. Experience managing long-cycle relationship sales and strategic accounts.
Pay:
$43,680.00 - $49,920.00 per year
