This hybrid role combines field sales, account management, and remote customer support to expand market share and increase product placement within assigned territories. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with hardware stores, home centers, lumberyards, and distributors. Identify new business opportunities and secure product placements. Conduct in-store visits, product demonstrations, and merchandising reviews. Train retail associates and customers on product features and benefits. Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional activities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales forecasts, and market intelligence. Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service. Attend industry trade shows, customer meetings, and company events as needed. Qualification . Sales experience, preferably in hardware, tools, home improvement, building materials, or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory. Work Environment Hybrid schedule combining remote work, customer visits, and occasional office meetings. Regular travel within assigned territory, typically 50-75%. Performance Metrics Sales growth and revenue achievement. New account acquisition. Product placement and distribution expansion.
