Outside Sales Representative

1099 Independent Contractor | Commission-Only | Full-Time As an Outside Sales Representative, you will cold prospect small and mid-sized business owners by phone, email, and direct outreach to introduce High Ticket Teams' recruiting service and book qualified appointments for our senior sales team to close. Top performers who hit their numbers consistently advance into Sales Manager positions, where they close their own deals and earn significantly more.
You'll Be Responsible For:
Execute daily cold outreach to business owners via phone, email, and direct messaging at consistent volume Book qualified sales appointments for our senior sales team on a regular, measurable basis Manage your own pipeline and self-report KPIs

Sales Management Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of outbound B2B sales, appointment setting, or commission-based experience
  • this is a hard floor, not a preference Demonstrated, consistent track record of cold outreach volume and appointment booking Strong phone presence and written communication

Background in recruiting, staffing, or business services sales Experience in structured, coached, performance-measured environments Familiarity with CRM tools, multi-line dialers, or outbound automation platforms History of advancing in roles based on output

Compensation:
First Year:
$72,000
  • 90,000+ |
Second Year and Beyond:
$145,000
  • 250,000+ Commission-Only | Uncapped earning potential
Quick-Start Bonus:

There is no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed minimum earnings. Income ranges reflect typical performance-based outcomes and are not a guarantee of earnings.
