Job description About the Job I am personally filling this role for one of my clients, an IT solutions company based in Adelaide, Australia. They work with business clients on hardware procurement, software licensing, and managed IT services, and they need someone sharp, organised, and confident with customers to join their team permanently. This is a direct hire. You will be employed by the client, working from home, with occasional onsite presence in Pampanga for meetings and training. This is not a technical role. You do not need to be an engineer or a helpdesk specialist. You need to understand technology well enough to have a smart conversation with a client, prepare the right quote, and follow through until the job is done. What You Will Be Doing Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries on smaller engagements such as laptop replacements, licensing changes, and hardware upgrades Understand what the customer needs, research suitable hardware and licensing options, and present clear recommendations Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes and proposals Proactively suggest add-ons or improvements where relevant Handle supplier ordering for hardware and services Manage invoicing and supplier bills using Xero Coordinate with the internal technical team for job tracking and requirements gathering Make sure every engagement is followed through completely and on time Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Adelaide, South Australia time (ACST) Salary

- still negotiable What I Am Looking For At least 3 to 5 years in a sales support, admin, or operations role Excellent English, written and spoken. You need to be confident and natural on the phone with clients. Tech-literate. You understand IT hardware, software licensing, and basic technology concepts well enough to guide a client conversation. Experience preparing quotes, proposals, or customer-facing documents Proficient in Xero or a similar invoicing and billing platform Experience working with Australian or international clients is strongly preferred Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks without follow-up Commercially minded.
