We help companies that do not yet have a strong online presence by providing modern, high-quality website solutions designed to improve visibility, credibility, and customer acquisition. Our team operates in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment focused on results, professionalism, and continuous growth. We are currently expanding our sales division and are seeking motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, student mentality, and interest in business development and technology sales. What You Will Do Team members are responsible for presenting our website development solutions directly to business owners and decision-makers using company-provided leads and product information. This is a client-facing role focused on communication, relationship-building, and closing sales. Compensation Structure This is a commission-based position. Team members earn $319.99 per website sale , with same-day commission payouts after customer payment is received . In addition, we offer a performance-based growth structure where team members can advance into leadership roles by training and mentoring new representatives. Leaders earn an additional $50 override commission for each sale completed by team members they personally trained.
