your pipeline, follow-ups, and commissions are always tracked, not lost in a notebook. What You'll Do This is a full-cycle outside sales role with a built-in ramp. Everyone starts by canvassing their territory and setting qualified roof-inspection appointments while we train you on the entire sales process. Roofing/Exterior experience not required, we train you. Generate your own leads door-to-door — knock, build rapport, and offer free roof inspections Work warm, company-provided leads from our Google and social media marketing Set qualified inspection appointments and learn to run them yourself Progress into closing your own deals as you complete training and hit your numbers Educate homeowners on roofing, storm damage, and the insurance claims process Log all activity accurately in our mobile CRM (ServiceTitan) Who You Are No experience required. We'll train you on everything from the first door to the closed deal.
