Residential Roofing Sales Consultant (Outside Sales)

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Roofing Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the proper, safe, and high-quality installation of residential roofing and exterior systems. In this role, you will lead and manage installation crews, protect the customer experience on every job, and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to Bealing's exacting standards. This is a hands-on field leadership role where your attention to detail and commitment to quality directly impact homeowners and the Bealing reputation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage residential roofing and exterior replacement projects from job start to close-out Lead and oversee installation crews to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance on every job Ensure expert installation of Owens Corning roofing systems, gutters, gutter guards, ventilation, downspouts, siding, chimney restoration, and attic insulation Walk homeowners through the completed work and clearly explain what was done Protect the customer's property at all times — use floor savers and drop cloths, and maintain a neat, safe jobsite including roof, yard, driveway, and street Re-inspect all aspects of each installation before leaving the job to reduce callbacks and ensure 100% customer satisfaction Use company job-tracking tools and apps to accurately record jobsite information, photos, notes, and project progress in a timely manner Monitor and manage jobsite waste and cleanliness Ensure all crews follow OSHA safety standards and Bealing safety policies Maintain a clean, organized truck and work area — company vehicles represent the Bealing brand Consistently meet or beat project timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards Model Bealing's core values of honesty, integrity, and craftsmanship in all interactions Perform additional duties as assigned by the Roofing Production Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in residential roofing, construction, or project management; roofing project management experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of residential roofing systems, safety practices, and jobsite management Ability to lead and hold crews accountable while maintaining positive, productive relationships Strong communication and customer service skills; comfortable interacting with homeowners daily Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects and details simultaneously Comfortable with technology; able to use mobile apps and digital checklists for job tracking and documentation
