We are seeking a Residential Roofing Consultant & Field Representative to manage local territories, generate new business through direct neighborhood outreach, and guide homeowners through the roof replacement process. This is a dynamic, active position that blends proactive field marketing (canvassing) with relationship-based sales. We provide extensive training on damage identification, insurance claim processes, and closing strategies to ensure your success. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

Territory Development:

Conduct targeted door-to-door direct outreach in assigned residential neighborhoods to generate initial interest.

Property Inspections:

Assess residential roofs for wind, storm, or weathering damage and document findings (training and safety equipment provided).

Client Consultation:

Meet with homeowners to explain inspection results, educate them on their restoration options, and review the scope of work.

Project Facilitation:

Assist clients from the initial handshake through the inspection process, working as their trusted advocate and point of contact.

Pipeline Management:

Maintain accurate records of leads, scheduled inspections, and contracts utilizing our CRM system. What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

Professional Demeanor:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with homeowners.

Resilience & Drive:

A self-starter mentality with the discipline to consistently execute daily field outreach and overcome objections.

Clear Communication:

Ability to explain complex property damage and construction timelines in simple, clear terms.

Mobility & Access:

Must have a valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and the physical capability to walk neighborhoods and safely utilize a ladder.

Experience:

Prior experience in outside sales, hospitality, customer service, or restoration is preferred, but we will fully train the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation:

High commission-split structure or salary-plus-commission options with uncapped earning potential ($75,000 - $130,000+ realistic first-year earnings).
