Company-generated leads Extensive sales training Dedicated support team Strong company culture Multiple revenue streams including retail, insurance restoration, cedar, slate, tile, and architectural roofing This is a consultative sales position focused on helping homeowners make informed decisions about their roofing and exterior needs. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners and perform roof inspections Use drone technology to document roof conditions Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options Present estimates and proposals Manage your territory and follow up with prospects Generate additional opportunities through referrals and neighborhood marketing What We're Looking For Sales experience preferred- not necessarily Roofing, construction, or insurance restoration experience is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Valid driver's license About Us Custom Installations is a trusted residential roofing and exterior contractor serving Northern Illinois and Southeastern Wisconsin.
