Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories Engage in outside sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, and direct outreach to prospective clients Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical presentations to educate customers on roofing solutions Manage existing accounts through proactive account management, upselling, and customer service excellence Utilize CRM software such as Roofr to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients Collaborate with marketing teams to implement territory-specific campaigns that boost lead generation and brand awareness Maintain thorough knowledge of roofing products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position solutions effectively Manage territory sales efforts efficiently by planning visits, follow-ups, and maintaining consistent communication with clients Experience Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales roles with a track record of top performance (top 1% preferred) Strong background in management or business development within the construction, home improvement, or related industries Experience with territory management, lead generation strategies, and CRM tools such as Roofr or similar platforms Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos, technical sales presentations, and upselling techniques Excellent negotiation skills paired with exceptional customer service abilities Familiarity with marketing strategies that support direct sales efforts and territory expansion Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights for targeted outreach Prior experience in retail sales or technical sales environments is advantageous but not mandatory Join us if you're ready to harness your expertise in a high-energy environment that rewards top performers.
