Why We're Selective Door-to-door roofing sales has one of the highest attrition rates of any career path in the country. Industry data puts annual turnover at 50-70% , nearly double the national sales average. Most people who take a D2D roofing job don't last a year. We refuse to be part of that statistic. Instead of hiring volume and watching most reps wash out, we hire a small number of the right people and invest heavily in them. Every new hire is paired with our dedicated Sales Performance Coach for a 6-month training program, and he only trains a select few reps at a time. Most applicants don't make it through the trial period, but the reps who do are absolutely crushing it right now and seeing life-changing income. That's why we take our time hiring. Our Sales Performance Coach has 15+ years in the industry and is, hands down, the best door-to-door salesperson we've ever encountered. He leads with integrity, honesty, consistency, and persistence, the same values we uphold as a company. This isn't about pressuring homeowners. It's about getting to the core of the homeowner's real problem and overcoming the everyday objections that cause most reps to lose deals they should have won. That's the difference between average and elite. How the Training Works Our Coach trains a small, capped number of reps at a time. In the field, training is one-on-one: he rotates between trainees throughout the day, prioritizing inspections so you and the company can close another sale, while also coaching your door-to-door scripts to make sure you're running them correctly. Once you complete the 6-month program, you graduate onto one of our sales teams, and we open a new seat for the next rep. As a team, we also read books together and review the chapters every Monday; continuous learning is part of who we are. What You'll Do This is door-to-door, and door knocking is your main pipeline builder. We knock every day, weather permitting. Knock targeted neighborhoods to build your pipeline Set appointments, run inspections, and follow up Access roofs to inspect damage (part of the daily job) Follow our proven system and apply the coaching Our Culture and Schedule We push hard, but we don't burn people out. The team has weekends off, or two consecutive days off each week. We develop, train, and sell as a team. We uplift each other in the field, share our goals, and grow together.
