We specialize in quality roof replacements and are expanding our sales team to meet growing demand. We do the job right — quality materials, honest work, and a team that shows up for homeowners when it matters most. The Opportunity We're looking for hungry, self-motivated sales reps to join our team. You'll be in the field meeting homeowners, performing roof inspections, and guiding them through the process from start to finish. No roofing experience required — we'll train you. What You'll Do Canvass neighborhoods and generate leads through door-to-door prospecting Perform free roof inspections and document findings Educate homeowners on their options and help them make informed decisions Build trust with customers and see jobs through from the first knock to a completed roof Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently to close deals What We're Looking For Strong people skills — you're comfortable talking to strangers Self-starter mentality — you don't need someone looking over your shoulder Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Previous sales, D2D, or customer-facing experience is a plus — not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus What We Offer Uncapped commission — your income is in your hands Performance bonuses Paid training — we set you up to succeed Supportive team environment with experienced leadership Real growth opportunity as we expand into new markets Ready to Apply?
