) growing our sales operation in the Jacksonville and NE Florida market. We are looking for an experienced roofing sales closer. Not a rookie. Not someone we need to train. If you know how to knock doors, run an adjuster meeting, and close a homeowner, we want to talk.WHAT WE OFFER
- 13% of collected contract value on every closed job
- Above market — most companies here pay 8-10%
- We handle adjuster meetings, supplements, permitting, production, and collections — you focus on closing
- We will get in the room with you to help close when needed

WHAT YOU NEED
- 2+ years of roofing or exterior restoration sales
- Comfortable generating your own leads — door to door, referrals, storm chasing, adjuster or realtor relationships
- Someone who already knows this business and this market
- Valid driver's license
