Duties Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts to build a robust pipeline of potential clients Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate customers on roofing solutions and benefits Manage a designated territory by planning sales routes, scheduling appointments, and maintaining consistent contact with prospects and clients Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers through exceptional account management and customer service Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project scope to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, analyze sales data, and forecast future opportunities Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that increase brand awareness and drive business growth within your territory Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technical sales roles with a focus on management or business development Strong knowledge of CRM software platforms like Salesforce and proficiency in using technology tools for lead generation and territory management Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust and close deals effectively Ability to conduct product demos, analyze market trends, and upsell additional services or products to maximize revenue opportunities Demonstrated success in territory management, cold calling, inside sales, retail sales or direct sales environments Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced setting A valid driver's license with the ability to travel within assigned territory as needed Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-tier roofing solutions!
