Position:

1099 Roofing Sales Representative This is a commission‑only, independent contractor role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys being outdoors, and wants unlimited earning potential. What You'll Do Generate leads through door‑to‑door outreach, networking, referrals, and self‑prospecting Inspect roofs and exterior damage (training provided) Educate homeowners on roofing options and insurance restoration processes Prepare estimates and present proposals Follow up with customers and close deals Work closely with our production team to ensure smooth project delivery Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM Travel throughout Morehead and surrounding areas of Eastern KY Compensation Commission‑only (1099) Competitive commission structure with uncapped earnings Top performers routinely earn $80,000-$150,000+ annually Flexible schedule — you control your time and income What We Provide Full training on roofing systems, inspections, and sales process Marketing materials and company branding CRM access and support Fast project turnaround and strong production team A reputable brand homeowners trust What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Self‑motivated, disciplined, and goal‑oriented Comfortable with door‑to‑door outreach Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs (or willingness to learn) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel around Lexington and surrounding areas Sales experience preferred but not required — will train the right person
