Responsibilities:

This is a commission based door to door sales position Present and sell company products, services, and solutions to new and existing customers Prospect and negotiate contacts for potential customers Maintain company standards, sales goals, and KPI's Resolve customer inquiries and complaints Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments Communicate with insurance adjusters Attend weekly meetings and group events Established and successful salesman may be applicable for a lead taking position and/or a company vehicle Most importantly, help as many homeowners as you can! ​

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service (preferred) Previous experience in sales (required) Previous roofing or construction experience (preferred) Ability to build rapport with clients (required) Positive and outgoing personality (required) Strong negotiation skills (preferred) Deadline and detail-oriented (required) Must be able to lift heavy products (required) Must be comfortable with climbing roofs (required) Must be able to pass a driving record background check (required) Highschool diploma or equivalent (required)
