While prior sales experience is helpful, it is not required. This position offers strong growth potential and performance-based earning opportunities as responsibilities expand. The Accounts Associate will work directly under the Sales Director, who will provide leadership, training, territory guidance, performance metrics, and clearly defined goals to support individual and team success. Responsibilities Respond to emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries with professionalism, positivity, and urgency using CRM software Build product knowledge to effectively connect customer needs with STEK product solutions Answer technical questions related to product application and usage Maintain professional follow-up communication with existing customer accounts Provide administrative and operational support through back-end office tasks Travel regularly to support customers, events, trainings, and company initiatives within the assigned region Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of customer experience and operational efficiency Work toward clearly defined sales and performance goals established by company leadership Qualifications Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability and willingness to travel extensively Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Travel Expectations This is a high-travel position with defined sales and support territories. Candidates should expect to travel approximately 10 days per month throughout the assigned region, depending on customer needs, training, events, and company initiatives. Flexibility and comfort with frequent travel are essential for success in this role.
