This is a sales-first role focused on meeting sales goals, expanding the business, developing referral relationships, and closing new client agreements. The primary responsibility of this position is to generate and close new business. The second priority is care coordination, ensuring clients receive reliable, high-quality caregiving services. The third priority is marketing and community outreach to strengthen Roslyn Home Care's presence in the Stockton area. This position is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven professional with experience in outside sales , healthcare, home care, caregiving services, case management, social services, or community-based client support. About Roslyn Home Care Roslyn Home Care is locally owned and family operated by medical professionals and first responders. We provide caregiving services to elderly and disabled individuals and support clients and families with access to resources related to care planning, elder care, preparedness, legal services, and other supportive needs. Primary Responsibilities Sales, Business Development, and Client Growth Meet or exceed assigned sales goals, revenue targets, and client growth expectations. Generate new client leads through outbound calls, community outreach, referral partnerships, networking, and follow-up activity. Develop new business with prospective clients, families, referral sources, and community partners. Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, residential care facilities, medical offices, social workers, case managers, regional center contacts, and other referral sources. Conduct consultations with prospective clients and families to assess needs, explain services, and present appropriate care solutions. Negotiate and close new client service agreements. Track leads, follow-up activity, referral sources, sales activity, and conversion outcomes. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, client inquiries, and referral relationships in the company's CRM or tracking system. Communicate progress toward sales goals and growth initiatives to leadership. Identify opportunities to expand Roslyn Home Care's presence in Stockton and surrounding service areas. Represent Roslyn Home Care professionally in the community and during all client, family, and referral partner interactions. Care Coordination and Client Account Management Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned clients and families regarding care needs, scheduling, service concerns, and ongoing support. Coordinate caregiver services to ensure consistent, reliable, and high-quality care delivery. Schedule caregivers for requested shifts and help maintain appropriate coverage for client needs. Orient caregivers to clients, including client preferences, care needs, routines, and service expectations. Monitor client satisfaction and address questions, concerns, or service issues in a timely and professional manner. Conduct periodic home visits to assess service quality, client satisfaction, and changing care needs. Collaborate with caregivers, clients, families, and leadership to ensure services align with client goals and care plans. Review caregiver documentation, progress notes, timesheets, and service records for accuracy and completeness. Assist with billing-related coordination, including reviewing service activity for accuracy and timeliness. Escalate significant issues, incidents, unplanned absences, safety concerns, or service interruptions to leadership. Maintain accurate records related to client progress, caregiver performance, scheduling, service delivery, and compliance. Support caregiver supervision by providing guidance, feedback, and follow-up when needed. Marketing and Community Outreach Support local marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and generate new client opportunities. Attend community events, networking meetings, resource fairs, and professional gatherings as assigned. Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners and community organizations. Assist with outreach campaigns, follow-up communications, and promotional activities. Help identify local market trends, service needs, and growth opportunities. Promote Roslyn Home Care's reputation as a trusted provider of caregiving services in the Stockton area. Collaborate with leadership to develop effective outreach and marketing strategies. Recruiting Support Identify current and future caregiver staffing needs. Manage caregiver recruitment through candidate outreach, interviews, applicant screening, and job posting support. Help direct new hires through on-boarding paperwork and required documentation. Verify completeness of caregiver on-boarding paperwork as needed. Promote Roslyn Home Care as a professional and supportive employment opportunity. Qualifications Required Experience Prior sales, business development, account management, or outbound calling experience required. Proven ability to build relationships, follow up consistently, and close new business. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage sales activity, client coordination, and follow-up responsibilities independently. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Stockton and surrounding service areas. Preferred Experience Experience in home care, caregiving, healthcare, elder care, disability services, case management, social services, or a related field. Experience working with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, assisted living facilities, residential care facilities, medical clinics, social workers, or community-based organizations. Experience supervising or coordinating caregivers. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, scheduling systems, case management software, or Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree in social work, healthcare administration, human services, business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Skills and Abilities Sales-focused, goal-oriented, and motivated by business growth. Professional, confident, and effective in consultative sales conversations. Strong ability to develop referral relationships and convert prospects into clients. Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through. Ability to work independently in the field and communicate effectively with leadership. Comfortable working with clients, families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and community partners. Requirements Valid California driver's license. Reliable transportation. Local travel required. California DOJ criminal background check via Live Scan fingerprinting. CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain. TB test and physical health clearance, as required. Ability to work flexible hours, including frequent evenings and weekends based on client, sales, or business needs. Work Environment This position includes routine field-based work throughout Stockton and surrounding areas. Work may occur in client homes, community settings, referral partner locations, shared workspaces, and remote administrative environments. The role requires consistent local travel for sales meetings, consultations, caregiver coordination, client visits, and outreach activities.
