Ogden, UT (80% Remote- 20% On site meetings, walkthroughs, team meetings etc.

$13/hr base + generous commission structureHours:
40 per week, flexible schedule. Keystone Technologies is a fast-growing, family-owned low voltage and AV company looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help us grow our client base and expand our presence in Northern Utah. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, self-driven, and excited about building long-term relationships. About the Role As our Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and preparing accurate quotes for low-voltage projects. Most of the work is done remotely, with occasional in-person visits and lunch meetings with clients. This role offers significant growth potential and a commission structure designed to reward performance. You'll play a direct role in the company's success and have a pathway into higher-level sales or estimating roles. Responsibilities Prospect and generate new leads (majority self-generated) Conduct outreach via calls, email, social media, and site visits Build relationships with contractors, business owners, and property managers Develop and prepare job quotes (low voltage, AV, networking, etc.) Hold occasional lunch/coffee meetings with potential clients Maintain CRM notes and follow-up activity Work closely with operations to ensure accurate project scopingPay Structure Base Pay:
$13/hour Monthly Gross Sales Volume Commission Rate $0- $10,000 3% $10,000
- $20,000 5% $20,000
- $40,000 6% $40,000+ 7% No commission cap
- higher performance = higher monthly earnings Commission is calculated monthly Reimbursement for approved client lunches/meetings
Commission:
