DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Wholesale and Retail orders accurately and in a timely manner
Manage EDI transactions (850, 855, 856, 810, etc.) and resolve any errors
Investigate and resolve order issues, including discrepancies, shipping concerns, and EDI/ERP errors
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Fulfillment, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order flow
Utilize NetSuite/ERP systems to enter orders, update customer records, and track inventory
Support customers using the Ordering Portal (login assistance, order placement, tracking)
Act as the primary contact for smaller/concierge accounts, maintaining consistent communication
Provide regular updates on products, services, and order status
Assist with additional projects as needed
Provide basic product support for our breast pump product line
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent relevant experience 1-3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, invoicing, or sales support
Written and verbal English communication skills are required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong computer skills with fast and accurate data entry
Experience with ERP and/or EDI systems (NetSuite, SPS Commerce, etc. is a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build trust and maintain professional client relationships

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Basic knowledge of breast pump products (training provided)

Experience managing or supporting small to mid-size customer accounts
