In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Your enthusiasm for business development and passion for technology sales will help us achieve our growth objectives. You will engage in both inside and outside sales activities, manage territory accounts, and utilize CRM software to track leads and opportunities. Duties Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking within assigned territories Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits tailored to their needs Manage existing accounts by providing excellent customer service, upselling additional products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction Develop strategic territory plans to maximize coverage, increase market share, and meet sales targets Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage pipeline stages, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts Maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in accordance with company policies Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technology sales with a focus on territory management Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals confidently Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and customer consultations Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and analysis Demonstrated ability in account management, customer service, and upselling strategies Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques for effective lead generation and territory expansion Analytical skills to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and develop strategic plans Ability to work independently in inside sales environments as well as in the field during outside sales activities Strong negotiation skills combined with a proactive approach to direct sales efforts Join us as a Sales Consultant where your energy fuels growth!
