Job Description

Sunset Buildings is recruiting a motivated sales professional/assistant who has the drive to build strong relationships with customers and commercial accounts. Assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate product and optional features, close the sale, and perform site checks (as required). No cold calling. All leads are provided by Sunset Buildings. Typing up estimates, invoices, filing and creating documents and spredsheets as needed. Act as the customer's point of contact from the sale to installation. Assist in marketing by posting on social media for the company. Develop product knowledge to successfully convey our products overall advantage. Cleaning and minor maintenance as needed to keep the business looking clean and professional. Assist the general manager with additional duties as they may arise. Handel customers complaints with compassion and help to the best of your ability.
Compensation/Benefits:
This is not a commission based sales job or a work from home. There will be bonus paid commissions on specific sales each pay period. Hourly + Bonuses Paid Training PTO and Paid Holidays Preferred qualifications: Confidence, motivation, and a passion for the home improvement industry. Customer service experience. An eye for design and enjoyment in building things. The ability to listen to customers and answer their needs. Proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software. Good typing skills. Must know basic Microsoft software. Being able to check emails and respond with efficiency. QuickBooks knowledge is a plus. Ability and knowledge of posting and cross posting on Facebook and Instagram. Self-direction and the ability to work independently. Preferably some construction knowledge.
Job requirements:
Current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report. Pass reference checks and background check. No felonies. Must be able to work Saturdays. This is a full time position.
