  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Conduct roof inspections and provide accurate assessments.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals to homeowners and commercial clients.
  • Manage paperwork, permits, and contracts for compliance.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Supervise job sites during critical phases to ensure quality and safety standards. Qualifications
  • Sales experience preferred; roofing/construction knowledge is a plus but not required.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and strong communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • TMRE provides full training. Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage photos and project documentation.
  • Comfortable using digital tools for proposals and scheduling. Physical Requirements
  • Ability to climb roofs with slopes up to 7/12 safely.
  • Ability to enter and maneuver in attic spaces.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. Compensation
  • Base Salary + Commission
